Position
Responsibilities
Supervise the project team for technical aspectsPromote the development of technical leadersEnsure that products are designed and manufactured according to technical (performance and quality) and cost requirementsAlign with Customer and/or Product Manager on product requirementsSupport the definition of project teams (how many and which resources) with function and PM managersSupervise the technical and technological choices of the project and definition of the technical BOMPerform design reviews in line with the PDP and promote product statusPerform technical risk management on the productEnsure technical and safety compliance of the productCollaborate with operations for the industrialization of the product up to SOPCollaborate with IP function to ensure non-counterfeiting and to protect new IPValidate technical aspects of ECRsPromote ECRs for cost reduction, performance improvement or regulatory updatesCollaborate with other Technical Managers to transfer best solutions and best practicesCollaborate with the Advanced Engineering function to explore and validate new technologies and industry trendsRequirements
At least 3-5 years in Technical Department/ R&DDegree in EngineeringProven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically)Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customerKnowledge of technological processesUnderstanding of technical drawings and electronics partsAbroad experience will be considered a plusGood social and leadership skills (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team)Fluent in Italian and English, verbally and in writingOther information
