You will take the lead on the delivery of a broad range of building structures projects, overseeing design from concept through to construction, while also supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team. • Lead and manage structural design projects from early concept through to completion.
• Take technical responsibility for designs, calculations, and reports in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to graduate and intermediate engineers.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, attending meetings and contributing to project strategy.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial targets are met.
• Contribute to the continued development of technical standards and best practice within the business.

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered or working towards chartership with a recognised professional body.
• Strong experience delivering UK building structures projects within a consultancy environment.
• Confident leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Able to support, mentor, and develop junior members of the team.
