We are currently recruiting for a Patient Booker to join our client's team in Bangor. This role plays an important part in supporting clinical services and ensuring patients receive a smooth and well‑organised experience.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing patient referrals to assess suitability for clinical units
• Booking appointments and ensuring patients have all relevant information and medications
• Sending follow‑up correspondence to keep patients informed
• Managing appointment changes and cancellations professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate patient correspondence and contact records in line with procedures

• Previous experience in medical patient appointment booking
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A professional and patient‑focused approach
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
