What We're Offering- 20.5-hour permanent part time role
- A mix of shifts including mornings, afternoons (8am-11pm), waking nights, and one sleep in per week
- Every other weekend off, great work/life balance

- Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support (and current legal guidance), this role is open to applicants who are biologically female
- A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as driving mobility vehicles is a key part of ensuring the people we support can access their community and activities

This service is home to two fun-loving, creative ladies with learning and physical disabilities, and they're looking for someone who can help bring confidence, independence, and joy into their everyday lives. As a Support Worker, you'll be there to offer personalised 1-to-1 support, building genuine relationships where you can truly see the difference you make. You'll help them develop important life skills, encourage their independence, and support them to enjoy the activities they love, whether that's a sunny trip to the beach, a cinema outing, or new adventures in the community.
KeyDuties
- Providing person-centered support for daily needs, including personal care (showering, bathing, brushing teeth, continence care, etc.).
- Assisting with mobility, including the use of hoists and wheelchairs.
- Supporting dietary needs and food preparation.
- Offering emotional support.
- Completing cleaning and administrative tasks.
- Administering and managing medication.
- Monitoring individual medication stocks and finances.
- Bringing innovative ideas to improve team practices.
- Maintain high standards of communication and digital documentation.
Experience A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.

Pay and Benefits- £24,531 (£12.75 per hour)
- Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift - approx. 1 per week
- Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
- Enhanced DBS which we will pay for
