You'll build and own a Data and AI market focused on enterprise adoption, not AI hype.

This is a grown-up 360 role. You'll win and manage your own clients but with the backing of a consultancy that has spent 25+ years recruiting into regulated, complex environments.

Banks, insurers and large retailers embedding AI into live operations. Budgets already committed.

Hiring driven by delivery, risk and regulation.

• Long-established consultancy. 25+ years.
• Strong presence across Financial Services, Insurance and Retail.
• Mix of retained and contingent work.
• Enterprise clients. No VC-fuelled noise.
• AI hiring tied to infrastructure, data, security and governance.

• Top biller last year £440k.
• Commission up to 30%, zero threshold, paid monthly.
• Contract paid the same as perm above 12% margin.

• You're billing £200k+ in Data, AI or Analytics recruitment.
• You're already doing 360 and want full ownership, not a dressed-up desk.
• You're comfortable selling into cautious clients with real buying power.
• You want to build a market aligned to where AI spend is unavoidable, not fashionable.

• You want an inherited desk.
• You need a £60k+ guaranteed base.
• You prefer delivery-only roles or candidate-led recruitment.

Remote-first. They hire adults and treat you accordingly.

This is a sales role. You'll win business, manage relationships and close deals. Delivery support is available if you want it, 50/50 split.
