Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Bangor

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced, AI-driven SaaS environment. This role is a launchpad for individuals looking to develop core experience in product-led client engagement, sales operations, and strategic pre-sales coordination.

You’ll work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing and Support teams to ensure timely and seamless interactions across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle from managing demo and quote requests to supporting onboarding during pilot phases. You’ll also play a critical role in researching, analysing and identifying ideal clients to support comprehensive outreach strategies.

This is a high-visibility, high-growth opportunity for someone excited about shaping the future of client engagement in the SaaS industry.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Coordination, Client Support, or similar role involving client engagement (SaaS/Tech background preferred).
  • Ability to work across different time zones (AU, NZ, UK, or US, etc.)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A resourceful mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning new tools and technologies — especially AI-driven platforms.
  • Comfortable using productivity and CRM tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Hub Spot, Pipedrive).
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to inbound demo and quote requests received via web forms, email, and partner channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule demo/discovery calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm timeslots, respond to pre-sales inquiries, and ensure engagement momentum.
  • Track and update client engagement activities in the CRM system (e.g., Hub Spot/Pipedrive, etc).
  • Liaise with internal teams to align resources for scheduled demos or onboarding sessions.
  • Assist with post-sales follow-ups during pilot phases, including collecting feedback and sharing helpful materials.
  • Prepare and maintain client-facing materials (e.g., calendar invites, FAQs, demo decks).
  • Ability to be up-to-date with Product knowledge to assist with pre-sales queries.
  • Conduct structured research to identify potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Compile company and contact information from public sources, Linked In, and other databases to assist with targeted outreach.
