You’ll also play a critical role in researching, analysing and identifying ideal clients to support comprehensive outreach strategies.
This is a high-visibility, high-growth opportunity for someone excited about shaping the future of client engagement in the SaaS industry.
Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Coordination, Client Support, or similar role involving client engagement (SaaS/Tech background preferred).

- Ability to be up-to-date with Product knowledge to assist with pre-sales queries.
- Conduct structured research to identify potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Compile company and contact information from public sources, Linked In, and other databases to assist with targeted outreach.
