Right Fit are excited to be recruiting for a passionate Nurse Manager to come join one of Bangor’s well established care homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse looking for a well paid, stable and weekday only role with no evenings or weekends.

What you will do as a Nurse Manager
* Authorise the purchase of equipment and its maintenance or replacement, required for the day-to-day operation of services within the agreed budgets
* Review skills and knowledge of team members and providing opportunities for training and development including, annual appraisals, supervisions and mid-term reviews for all employees
* Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered Manager;
* Undertake pro-active occupancy planning, developing strategies to maximise occupancy and pricing levels
What you will need
* Qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD
* Experience in a similar role
* Active NMC Pin
* Experience managing a team
