Head of Personal Injury Location
A respected, multi office firm is seeking a Head of Personal Injury to lead its established PI team and drive the next phase of its growth. Based in Cardiff, with flexibility built in, this is a standout opportunity to take on a senior leadership role while enjoying a supportive culture and a modern approach to work‑life balance. The successful candidate will oversee a team of around 12, including several direct reports, while managing a high value caseload of serious and complex injury matters to include brain injury claims.
You'll shape the direction of the department, lead business development activity across multiple locations, and play a key role in mentoring, recruiting and developing the wider PI team. To be considered, you will be an experienced Personal Injury specialist with significant senior level experience, ideally already operating as Head of Department or in a comparable leadership role. You'll bring a strong track record in serious injury work, commercial awareness, and the confidence to lead a busy team while maintaining exceptional client care.
This is a team that values trust, collaboration and "kind leadership" and backs it up with flexible hours, hybrid working, generous annual leave, career development support and a well rounded benefits package designed to help you thrive.
