Overview

We are recruiting a General Manager at Bryngarw House. In this role you will lead the development and commercial performance of the venue, shape and evolve the venue’s offer, and enhance the Awen brand while delivering sustainable commercial returns.

• Degree level qualification in a relevant subject or be able to demonstrate competence through experience.
• Experience managing a multi-functional hotel and building teams to deliver functions and events.
• IOSH Managing Safely Qualification or willingness to undertake the qualification.
• A proven track record in a commercial hospitality environment.
• Proven experience of budget projection and management.
