ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-connected Agency Sales Manager with strong expertise in Branding, specifically focusing on our flagship products UNWIRE (Connected TV) and Pulse (digital DOOH/brand solutions).
The ideal candidate will have solid relationships across UK media agencies and the ability to pitch, strategize, and deliver impactful brand-led solutions. While the role is primarily branding-focused, prior Mobile Performance experience is an added advantage, enabling the candidate to tap into additional budgets and maximise revenue opportunities.
Required Experience:
3–6 years
- Lead branding-focused sales initiatives for the UK market, with primary focus on CTV solutions.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with major UK media agencies and relevant brand partners.
- Identify new opportunities within agency networks and introduce Xapads’ branding solutions effectively.
- Develop tailored brand proposals and innovative campaign ideas aligned with client objectives.
- If experienced in performance, opportunistically capture mobile performance budgets to grow overall revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle starting from pitching and onboarding to campaign delivery coordination and billing support.
- Track market trends and share insights to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably within UK agency networks.
- Strong understanding of branding products—especially CTV, DOOH, Rich Media, and premium digital placements.
- Well-established relationships across key UK agency groups.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing (MMPs, attribution models, mobile ad formats) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced situations and craft custom brand solutions quickly.
