We have a great opportunity for a part time Community, Participation and Volunteering Assistant within the Gogledd Orllewin Cymru property group.
This role is about supporting the development and delivery of volunteering.
If you have supported volunteers and are passionate and enthusiastic about volunteer and community involvement, we would like to hear from you The National Trust in Wales is a bilingual organisation, and all staff and volunteers must show a commitment to work in a fully bilingual environment.

What it's like to work hereThe Gogledd Orllewin Cymru property group includes Penrhyn Castle, Plas Newydd, Plas yn Rhiw, Porth y Swnt and Tŷ Mawr Wybrnant.
Each property has a unique story and different ways of engaging with volunteers and communities.
The property group has around 230 volunteers supporting the various properties within a wide range of roles.
You’ll be based at either Plas Newydd or Penrhyn Castle but will be expected to travel occasionally across the property group.
You’ll be a part of the community, participation and volunteering team.
What you'll be doingYou’ll be helping to make the properties a great place to volunteer.
Day to day you’ll support our volunteer managers to ensure that our volunteers get a consistent experience.
Working with volunteer managers you’ll ensure that inductions are carried out and that volunteers have the tools to help them deliver their roles.
You’ll provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and consistent use of on-line processes.
This role will involve some weekend work.
