Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking an Activity Coordinator to run a programme of community activities for people with learning disabilities in North Wales. The role is based in Bangor with travel to other areas, and involves 37 hours weekly including some evenings and weekends.
You will support individuals to build skills and independence, delivering engaging activities and working with local partners to create opportunities, while promoting inclusion and maintaining records of progress.
