The Role

You’ll lead the care team to deliver exceptional nursing care, champion resident independence and dignity, and ensure safe, compliant clinical practice. You’ll also support staff development, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to inspections, governance, and quality improvement.

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confident using IT and clinical systems
  • Ability to build professional relationships

Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in elderly nursing care
  • People management or team leadership experience
  • Experience with audits, governance, or quality improvement
