Job Overview
An exciting opportunity on Ogwen Ward as a registered nurse specialising in Surgical Trauma and Orthopaedics and Ortho-geriatric care. Welsh students must apply via Streamlining.
Main Duties- Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence‑based nursing care, collaborating and cooperating with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
- Assist in the management and organisation of the clinical area and participate in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
- Take responsibility for a ward or equivalent sphere of nursing in the absence of the senior nurse or other person with continuing (24‑hour) responsibility.
- Speak Welsh is desirable;
