Job OverviewBluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work at Ysbyty Gwynedd and surrounding healthcare settings.
This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate nurses seeking flexible agency work across a variety of acute hospital wards and clinical environments. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Flexible shifts are available including days, nights, weekends, and long days to suit individual availability.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and hospital policies.
- Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Support infection prevention and control standards at all times.
- Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity, privacy, and respect.
