Retail Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: REPLAY GAMES Replay is Northern Ireland's leading gaming and hobby store, located in Bangor. We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join the team. This role is to help assist in the daily running of the shop, posting online orders, engaging with customers, upselling products and helping to develop our online e-commerce presence.

Training will be provided on the job, and this position will help you learn a wide range of transferable skills for the current competitive job market.

• Assisting customers.
• Stock management and online stock input.
• Managing social media assets.
• Maintaining a high level of hygiene within the store.
• Working on advertising and promotional assignments.
• Assisting with event planning and management.
• Assisting with convention preparations and set-up.

• Essential Skills in English, Maths and ICT.
• Good organisational skills.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word preferable.
• Experience with Social Media, the Adobe Creative Suite and Desktop Publishing software is advantageous.
