Position: Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: Bangor

We are looking to cover 16 hours per week.

The rate of pay will be between £14.18 and £14.18 per hour.

As a Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on retail operations, coach and inspire a high performing team to beat their targets and deliver a world‑class customer experience.

The Role

Oversee the busy sales floor, motivate and coach sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensure customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience. Champion the brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. Operate in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and lead by example. Set personal KPIs and sales targets.

What You’ll Do Sales floor
  • Hold daily team briefs, share store’s KPIs, and motivate the team to beat these goals
  • Drive exceptional service through role‑modelling the selling ceremony and delivering on KPIs
  • Perform store walks; understand the importance of commerciality and how it shapes visual merchandising
  • Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success
  • Handle serious complaints that have been escalated with professionalism and care
Personal sales
  • Build relationships with customers, answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach to individual personalities and needs
  • Use deep product knowledge and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and to inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity
Store operations
  • Act as key holder and ensure proper opening/closure procedures are followed
  • Cash up and reconcile till systems
  • Assist with recruitment, investigations and disciplinary hearings as required
  • Help with product and POS deliveries; unload and store items in correct spaces
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and manage escalations from the wider team
  • Stay alert on the shop floor and follow security policies and procedures to keep team and customers safe
