Majestic Wine Bangor (North Wales) are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high store standards.
You will lead a small team, drive KPI performance, coordinate tastings, develop product knowledge towards WSET qualifications, and ensure compliant store operations. This role requires weekend/evening work and a full UK driving licence.
