Area Sales Manager; Field West Midlands & North Wales

Up to £46,000 + annual bonus + £5,500 car allowance

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our North Sales team. This is a chance to take real ownership of a well-established region and make a genuine impact—commercially and for our customers.

In this field-based role, you’ll be responsible for driving plan sales across the West Midlands and North Wales, working closely with a portfolio of independent funeral directors. You’ll develop long-term partnerships, spot growth opportunities, and deliver sustainable results—always balancing commercial success with customer needs and regulatory responsibilities.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a field-based B2B sales role, who has excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. As this is a field-based role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
