Role Overview

We're looking for a QA Engineer with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You'll help ensure our mobile apps are stable, reliable, and deliver an excellent user experience. As part of our digital team, you'll work closely with engineers, designers, and our product manager to deliver top-quality results. You'll take full ownership of the QA process, define and maintain high quality standards, and build effective testing workflows.



Key Responsibilities

• Perform release testing for our mobile apps across Android, and iOS platforms to make sure every release runs smoothly and delivers a great user experience
• Partner with engineers to plan and execute testing strategies, identify potential issues early, and make our development cycle more efficient
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product to review features and provide feedback, helping to shape a product that's intuitive and easy to use
• Champion a strong quality mindset within the team: contribute to requirements and planning, review changes together with engineers, and ensure that what we ship meets our high standards

Requirements

• You have solid experience in manual testing of mobile apps on both Android and iOS
• You have hands-on experience with backend and REST API testing: ability to create and execute requests, validate responses and data (using Postman or similar tools)
• You're comfortable working in an agile environment with frequent releases and know how to test efficiently to keep things moving
• You care deeply about delivering a great user experience
• You enjoy working closely with engineers and are happy to take ownership
• You're passionate about personal growth, mindfulness, and feel connected to Intelligent Change's mission
