We invite a dedicated INTERNAL MEDICINE physician to join a respected outpatient primary care practice serving adults and seniors across the region. This office-based position is part of a popular service providing integrated, team-based care to a diverse patient population.

This progressive practice is part of the states largest FQHC and community health center system, employing nearly 1,000 people, including more than 200 clinical providers, across 17 practice sites and service locations. The Role:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient panel

Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families

Practice in a fully integrated medical home with embedded psychotherapy, recovery treatment, gynecology and womens health, plus minor office procedures

Work alongside a Primary Care RN and Primary Care Pharmacist for collaborative visits

Enjoy a stable practice environment with informed leadership and a supportive patient population

Full-time schedule (40 hours), Monday through Friday, with a four-day option or part time schedule available
