Trainer, Digital Media ​/ Production

Overview

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. You will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives. You play the first point of contact for many staff and users and are involved in the training process from start to finish, from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios.

Conduct tutorials, workshops, and orientation sessions for healthcare professionals and internal staff.

Design curriculum and training materials based on workflow and user needs.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create intuitive, workflow‑based training content.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert and provide ongoing support during post‑deployment transitions.

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID‑19 vaccination
