Job Description Summary

Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well‑defined operations framework. There is generally a step‑by‑step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support the safety, quality, delivery, cost (SQDC) priorities.
  • Developing in‑depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
  • In‑depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In‑depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Uses some level of judgement and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on‑the‑job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal and time‑management skills.
  • Regular participation in monthly Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap.
  • Support New Product Introduction.
  • Support CNC processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of manufacturing or operations experience).

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $67,200.00 and $. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
