• Promote and maintain all steps of the outstanding guest service program with each patron and team member you may come into contact with working directly with the Marketing Team.
• Maintain upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy, and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
• Utilize smiles and frequent eye contact and a friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness.
• Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate customer wins.
• Be ready to serve and well informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs and any other relevant valuable guest information.
• Build relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Provide a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
• Responsible for talking with customers, posing for pictures, and interacting with guests while projecting the Hollywood brand.

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior entertainer experience preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to wear and appear comfortable in uniform/costumes.
• Adheres fully to established company and departmental appearance standards; including uniform, hygiene, and general appearance guidelines at all times.
• Must be able to be licensed by the Maine Gambling Control Board.

Starting Salary: $18.00 – $20.00
