RCS BHP (Rehabilitative Community Services Behavioral Health Professional)
New Wage increase:
Starting at $19.00 per hour for Certified BHPs (negotiable with experience); $18.50 not certified - will train. $300 Certification Bonus (details below), and an iPhone provided for work purposes.

Experience is welcome but not required. If you do not have your BHP certification, training will be provided at no cost. RCS is a skill-building program for children to help them improve social skills, increase independence with daily life skills, and safely regulate behavior.
Responsibilities- Teach daily living skills to children and young adults with a variety of behavioral and social needs
- Work closely with supervisors to learn techniques to help the client meet their goals
- Work with the families to help them use those techniques
- Flexible schedule — primary hours after school and on weekends

- $300 Certification Bonus — If you already have your BHP Certification (50-hour course), UCP of Maine will give you a $300 bonus in lieu of providing BHP Certification training. BHPs must present certificate at hire. (Training/certification previously provided by UCP of Maine does not qualify for a bonus.)
- GED, High School Diploma, or Associate Degree
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (minimum of 3 years)
- Motor vehicle insurance and registration
