Job DescriptionDo you have an interest or passion to help others and would like to help others find fun and joy in their lives? If so, join our team as a RSW and work in one of our adult group homes. A Residential Support Worker (RSW) provides residential services for individuals with mental illness living in one of our adult group homes.
Facilities range from 4 to 8 beds. Whether you are looking to supplement your current income or are in college and looking to gain experience through weekend and/or evening work, CHCS may be able to help you.
- Active Maine driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Need MHRT1 provisional within ten days of employment and full certification within one year of employment.
- Preferred experience working with clients who have mental illness.
CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance. We offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
