Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Unit Director, the Registered Nurse provides patient care in accordance with the State of Maine Board of Nursing regulations and St. Joseph Hospital policies and procedures. The Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse provides direct supervision during the assigned shift.
Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective patient care per hospital standards
Collaborate with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse during assigned shifts
Deliver care consistent with regulatory and organizational policies
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and workload
Maintain a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Experience
Telemetry experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
Current Maine RN license
BLS required
ACLS required
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
