Clinical Supervisor of Receiving Center
Community Health and Counseling Services – Bangor, Maine
Salary: $60,000.00–$68,000.00
Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to provide clinical and administrative supervision and direct care within the Crisis Receiving Center. This role will conduct crisis assessment, crisis planning, follow‑up clinical interventions, and administrative and clinical supervision of the program and staff. The supervisor participates in the team process to ensure clinical integrity of treatment plan development and implementation. They provide direct services and adjust interventions to be individualized while maintaining program integrity, and are responsible for providing crisis intervention and support services to individuals and families in high‑stress environments.
The supervisor ensures quality care, ethical standards, and effective collaboration across diverse settings. Employees must also obtain the MHRT/CSP certificate; if not yet completed, certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
Licenses/Certifications:
State of Maine LCSW, LMSW‑CC, LCPC, or LCPCCC.
Education:
Master’s Degree.
Experience:
Two years of work experience providing related direct services to individuals and families, plus a plus of prior experience in a leadership role.
