Psychotherapist (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) – Bangor School‑Based Health Center Services

Penobscot Community పాల్గhus Care is seeking a Therapist to join its JSONArray Bangor School‑Based Health Center Services. This is a unique opportunity to play a key and foundational role in increasing access to mental health services for Bangor students.

• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or conditional license considered.
• Experience in a growing mental health service and comfort in a developing environment.
• Work will be primarily on‑site, in person at the school.
• Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
• Schedule will match the school schedule, Monday through Friday generally from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary primary care providers throughout PCHC and with peers  School‑Based Health Centers.
• Promote timely access to care, continuity of care, and the enhancement of well‑being in the area’s children.

• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT (conditional license considered).
• Prior experience with school‑based or community mental health settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Sign‑on / retention bonus ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience.
