Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Senior Trial Attorney – Madison, WI

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. The position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Manage complex litigation and conduct risk mitigation counseling.
• Draft motions, briefs, take depositions, and conduct oral arguments.
• Lead settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation.
• Strong background in drafting motions, briefs, depositions, oral arguments.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and strong academic and professional background.

• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and fully reimbursed.
