In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team at Epic’s Madison, WI campus. The role focuses on managing litigation and regulatory matters to support our expanding offerings in a rapidly changing industry.

Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

• JD with 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
