The Senior Manager is responsible for aligning the utility’s long-range asset strategy with its near and mid-term system planning efforts to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and future-ready electric grid. This role provides strategic oversight of the Asset Management department, which encompasses both asset strategy and system planning functions.

The Senior Manager will lead the department through a direct report, the Manager of Asset Management, and will play a key role in shaping the utility’s approach to capital investment, grid modernization, and long‑term infrastructure planning.

This leader plays a critical role in shaping the capital plan, supporting regulatory filings, guiding condition-based asset replacement strategies, and integrating resiliency, reliability, and climate vulnerability insights into system planning.
