Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Sheet Metal Foreman, your expertise and leadership will shine through in everything you do. You'll:

  • Lead and inspire installation teams to deliver exceptional ductwork systems.
  • Work closely with clients and project managers to align on goals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage material procurement to ensure projects stay on track without delays.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards, creating an environment where excellence thrives.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering growth and skill development.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who brings a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence. To thrive in this role, you need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a foreman or equivalent leadership position in duct installation or construction.
  • A strong understanding of ductwork systems, tools, and industry codes, including OSHA standards.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale projects while maintaining budgets and timelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and clients.
  • The physical stamina and flexibility needed for on-site work, including climbing and confined spaces.
  • Willing to work the necessary hours needed to maintain the project's schedule and budget.
