Diaphragm Support Operator; B shift

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform Diaphragm Support Operator duties including but not limited to deburr of steam and/or gas turbine components, band match operation, keys and wax operation, nozzle area adjustments, blast cleaning
• Follow methods, planning, drawings, and detailed verbal and written instructions
• Interface with team members including engineering, quality, and production control
• Perform material handling duties as required [fork truck operation required]
• Safely perform required rigging tasks and lifts using cranes and related equipment
• Perform operator preventative maintenance per workstation standards
• May perform box/pack/ship functions including but not limited to preserving, packaging and crating components (includes using power tools); maintaining accurate packing lists and records; and loading shipments on transport vehicles.
• May be required to provide production line support (i.e. water spider)
• Communicate effectively and work well with others
• Maintain accurate written and computer records
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.)with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work B Shift:
• B: 3:30PM - 2AM (MON, TUES, WED, TH)

Pay Rate: The starting pay for this position is $28.7971/hr plus a 10% shift bonus. This posting will close when suitable candidates are identified.
