Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Inhouse Nights Position
True North Anesthesia (formerly Nurse Anesthesia of Maine) is seeking a motivated and collaborative CRNA to join our team in one of two in‑house night positions. The role offers full‑time pay and benefits for three 12‑hour shifts per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work‑life balance while earning highly competitive compensation.

True North Anesthesia provides anesthesia services across 15 partner hospitals and surgical centers throughout Maine. Our clinical sites include a Level II Trauma Center (584 beds), community and critical access hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers. Academic Qualifications- BSN from an approved school of nursing
- Graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
- Masters in Nurse Anesthesia (preferred)
- AANA Certification and/or Board Eligible (you have six months to successfully complete boards from the date of hire)
- Commitment to continuous improvement in self, others, and process
- Completion of an intense "on the job" training program
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- PALS required
- NALS recommended
- Current State of Maine RN license
- Advanced Practice License (ME)
- Compliance with criteria for biennial recertification as a CRNA as defined by the AANA Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Adherence to the AANA Code of Ethics
