POSITIONS AVAILABLE! 40 hours a week! Begin a unique and rewarding career as a CNA at the Elizabeth Levinson Center (ELC) in Bangor. ELC is UCP of Maine’s 14‑bed Intermediate Care Facility with low staff‑to‑resident ratios. You will support residents with medical and intellectual disabilities, helping them reach their highest level of independence and potential.

• Starting hourly wage $19.04 – wage is based on experience.
• $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus for Full‑Time CNAs.
• $750 Sign‑On Bonus for Part‑Time CNAs.
• Referral Bonus for employees who refer friends that result in a filled CNA position.
• Shift differential: $7 per hour on weeknights, $9 per hour on weekends.

• Valid State of Maine driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities.
• State of Maine Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Bloodborne Pathogens training, First Aid/CPR certification.
