Minimum of $84,397+ per year

The Technical Trainer is responsible for training all employees Football on the various platforms and job duties within the technical department, including quality, quality principles, performance improvement and compliance issues. The trainer is responsible for providing input to supervisors regarding the employee's progress, competency, and performance review. May also conduct process and compliance audits. Will be responsible for maintaining quality SALE of service to clients by conducting training of new hires and existing employees on an ongoing basis.
The ability to train for the skills necessary to progress on the various platforms in the department is required. It is most important for the incumbent to possess a strong technical knowledge of the various platforms in the department as well as possess strong training skills. Must also demonstrate the ability to learn and understand the skills and processes that will be taught.
Internal candidates must demonstrate a desire to excel to this position by attending external classes related to training.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective planning, development and coordination of the employee training program including pre‑analytical, analytical and post‑analytical functions. Ensures that the department has the necessary yeast required. Provides and facilitates training development programs for new and existing employees, using a variety of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on‑the‑job training, meetings and workshops. Evaluates the success of the learning experience and makes appropriate improvements.
