Restoration Technician

Job DescriptionIn this position you will respond to assigned service calls following SERVPRO® production guidelines. You will communicate daily with the Restoration Supervisor to ensure all customer needs are met. Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and office areas will be part of your routine.
What You’ll Do- Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Keep a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging equipment for each project.
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Extract water, set up equipment, clean surfaces, and perform demolition for restoration projects.
- Perform end‑of‑day and end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown to leave the job site clean and orderly.
- Understand, follow, and perform safety and risk‑management guidelines along with production processes.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Experience in cleaning or restoration is a plus.
- Experience working with iPad or smartphone devices is a plus.
- Good fit for those with carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, or general labor experience.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to chemicals.
- Walking and standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings).

Full Time, Mon‑Fri, Core
Hours:
8:00 AM‑5:00 PM. On‑call rotation includes evening and weekend availability. Valid Driver’s License required – company vehicle provided.
