Servingschools is seeking a Maintenance III for district wide facilities in Bangor, ME. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with CHRC check.
You will perform skilled maintenance, handle building trades, and work independently to organize assignments. This on-site role requires physical ability for heavy lifting and safe handling of hazardous materials, and familiarity with fire alarms, sprinkler and security systems, and campus phone networks.
