Program Manager – Youth Homeless Services

Community Care is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to provide administrative oversight and direct supervision to staff within our Youth Homeless Services Program. The PM will also provide case‑management services to youth as needed.

• Provide administrative oversight and direct supervision to personnel working directly with youth.
• Ensure effective provision and management of services for the youth population.
• Deliver case‑management services to youth when required.
• Maintain documentation and compliance related to background checks and program regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum 12 months of experience working with children/families.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks, including DMV, CPS, APS, and criminal checks.
