Job Description

We are a growing construction equipment dealership specializing in buying and selling used excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, skid steers, and other machinery.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with basic mechanical knowledge who enjoys working around equipment and is interested in learning more about the heavy equipment industry.

Extensive mechanical experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

Assist with receiving and checking incoming equipment.

Power wash, clean, and prepare machines for sale.

Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.

Check fluids, batteries, filters, and general machine conditions.

Assist with minor mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.

Help move and organize equipment around the yard.

Prepare equipment for customer inspections and pickups.

Assist with general daily yard operations.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Experience with vehicles, trucks, or construction equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Willing to learn and take direction.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Able to work outdoors and perform hands-on tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
