Branch Accounting Supervisor Ambon

We are hiring a Branch Accounting Supervisor (BAS) to join our dynamic team at our distribution unit.

Job Responsibility:

• Carefully monitored customer account relationships through strategic financial analysis.
• Evaluate stock inventory (dead stock, slow moving stock) and provide feedback to the relevant directorates for effectiveness.
• Worked to reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.
• Outlined Accounts Receivable invoices and reviewed payments received.
• Posted accounts receivable payments made by cash, cheque or credit card payments.
• Making mountly operational cost planning.

Qualification:

• Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Experience in finance and accounting area for at least 5 years as Finance & Accounting Supervisor, preferably in Pharmaceutical / FMCG distributor companies.
• Have good communication and numerical skills.
• Able to operate Ms Office at the minimum and preferable know SAP.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
