Logistic Staff (Supply Chain Management)

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of spare parts, equipment, and supplies to vessels and operational sites.

Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for procurement of goods and materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records of stock, spare parts, and consumables at the warehouse and on vessels.

Prepare and manage documentation related to shipping, customs, and delivery (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, packing lists).

Coordinate with vessel crew and port agents to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to relevant departments.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities.

Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to obtain the best price and delivery terms.

Maintain proper filing and documentation systems in accordance with the company's code of conduct.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in logistics/procurement is a plus.

Good organizational, time management, and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Able to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders (vessels, vendors, ports).

Required to domicile in or around Banjarmasin.
