Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part-Time Sundance Creek Post Acute Pay Range: $29.00-$33.00 per hour (DOE)
Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. Position Summary As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care, supporting resident well-being, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create a positive experience for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Support infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture centered on resident care

Qualifications

Current California LVN license in good standing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and clinical assessment abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Previous skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
