Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care, supporting resident well-being, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create a positive experience for our residents and their families.

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture centered on resident care

• Current California LVN license in good standing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and clinical assessment abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Previous skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Competitive pay: $29.00-$33.00 per hour DOE
