What You'll Be Doing Preparing accounts for sole traders and partnerships Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and deliver a responsive, professional service Managing your workload across multiple clients and consistently meeting deadlines Supporting with bookkeeping and payroll where required Upholding the high standards expected within a growing, reputable group practice What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' practical experience within an accountancy practice At least AAT qualified (or equivalent experience) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accountancy software, IRIS experience is a real advantage Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle priorities effectively Confident communicator and comfortable dealing with clients directly, in writing and face-to-face Professional and discreet when handling sensitive client information Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade A–C (or equivalent), including Maths and English Payroll experience is a bonus, but not essential What's On Offer Salary of £30,000, depending on experience A role within a practice that is actively growing, with the career opportunities that come with it Varied, interesting work across a broad client base A supportive team with clear structure and reporting lines Being part of a growing group means this isn't a role you'll outgrow quickly.
