Location: Office-based, Banstead, Surrey (SM7)
Salary: 26,000 - 27,000

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Banstead. This is a busy, office-based role supporting multiple projects and working to varied deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple projects
• Manage and prioritise tasks to meet multiple deadlines
• Assist with general office administration duties
• Support training and onboarding of new staff
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with coordination of meetings, schedules, and office activities

Skills & Experience

• Previous administrative or office-based experience preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident working with staff at all levels and external stakeholders
• Good general office and IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
