We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Contracts Manager to join our growing commercial electrical team based in Banstead, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in contracts management within the commercial electrical sector.

• Assist in the management of commercial electrical contracts from award through to completion.
• Support project delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations.
• Support health & safety and compliance requirements across sites.
• Attend site meetings and carry out site visits as required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

• Previous experience within the commercial electrical industry (essential).
• Experience in contracts, project coordination, or site management (desirable).
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Competent IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, project systems).
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
