At Shanly Homes, we do not just build houses; we create distinctive, high‑specification homes designed for modern living.

As a privately owned, multi award‑winning regional house builder, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed developments in some of the South East’s most sought‑after locations.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of Wellesford Close, an exclusive development of 15 traditional build houses and two maisonettes in Banstead. Designed in‑house by our architectural team, the development reflects the quality and craftsmanship synonymous with Shanly Homes, combining distinctive architecture, carefully considered layouts and premium specifications throughout. The scheme includes homes of up to 2,000 sq ft, designed with a strong focus on quality, detail and build excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a development from the earliest stages through to completion, ensuring every home is delivered to the exacting standards our customers expect. It will suit a Site Manager who is highly organised, quality‑focused and takes genuine pride in the finished product, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right first time.

Working closely with an experienced and collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering a development that reflects the quality, care and attention to detail for which Shanly Homes is known. We value open communication, a solutions‑led approach and a shared commitment to delivering homes of the highest standard.
