Banstead Prep School is a co‑educational Prep school, Pre‑school and Nursery, educating around 250 girls and boys aged 2‑11. An inclusive and diverse school community, we are located on the outskirts of the village of Banstead, Surrey, with excellent transport links to London and the South East. We are not a feeder for any senior schools, we work to help parents identify aspirational but realistic school choices and prepare the children within the normal school timetable so that every child leaves us for their senior school of choice feeling valued, prepared, confident and ready to thrive. Our active and supportive parent community plays an integral role in our school, collaborating with us to raise funds for initiatives like new climbing frames and library enhancements.

As a Learning Assistant at Banstead Prep, you will be based in a specific year group to begin with, but over time you may move to support different classes as needs evolve. This is a role for someone who enjoys flexibility and being part of the wider life of the school, stepping into classrooms, supporting individuals and small groups, joining trips, and helping with the events and activities that make school life so exciting.
